Detroit teen charged after shooting father, stealing vehicle before fleeing to Ohio with family dog

A 13-year-old boy from Detroit was charged after allegedly shooting his father and fleeing with a vehicle and family dog. The teen, who has been given an adult designation, is currently being held in Miami County, Ohio, while officials work to extradite him back to Michigan.
