Student shot a classmate to death then killed himself at school in southern Philippines, mayor says

A high school student carrying two firearms shot and killed a fellow student before killing himself at a high school campus in the southern Philippines. Zamboanga city Mayor Khymer Adan Olaso stated that the suspect reportedly livestreamed the attack using a body camera. During the incident, the suspect initially fired at a teacher, and two other people were injured.
