Student shot a classmate to death then killed himself at school in southern Philippines, mayor says

A high school student carrying two firearms shot a classmate to death and then killed himself at a university campus in Zamboanga, southern Philippines. Mayor Khymer Adan Olaso reported that the suspect apparently wore a body camera while livestreaming the attack. Authorities later established control of the situation and asked the public to follow police instructions.
