LA Sheriff’s Department Settles Justice Department Suit Over Concealed Weapon Permits

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department settled a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice. The DOJ alleged that the department was deliberately delaying law-abiding Californians from obtaining Concealed Carry Weapons permits for self-defense.
