Folder labeled ‘Shhh’ hid Taylor man’s child sex abuse videos, feds say

Federal investigators charged Harold Joseph Labeau, 29, with child pornography charges after he was found to have used the Kik messaging app to receive and send CSAM. The investigation revealed that dozens of images and videos were kept in a password-protected folder labeled “Shhh.” Law enforcement utilized NCMEC CyberTipline reports, which documented multiple instances of apparent child sexual abuse material being exchanged via Kik.
