Westland man caught sharing explicit videos of children on Instagram, feds say
A man named Peter Caleb-Anthony Qaoud of Westland was investigated by the FBI after receiving an anonymous tip alleging he had been blackmailing people, including minors, on social media platforms. The federal investigation led to a cybertip found via NCMEC databases and provided evidence of explicit chats and videos involving a minor. Qaoud was arrested and indicted for Receipt of Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography.
