Montgomery Co. teens act as judge, jury and attorneys in unique summer academy

Montgomery County students participated in the weeklong State’s Attorney’s Office Summer Academy, acting as judges, jury members, and attorneys. Participants conducted mock trials, where roles were assigned for both prosecution and defense. Students praised the experience for making classroom lessons about the justice system vivid and informative.
