Video shows cops chasing kidnapping suspect end pursuit with PIT maneuver

A video showed that an accused kidnapper was involved in a violent crash after a high-speed chase on May 13 near Northwest 86th Terrace and Northwest 18th Avenue in Miami-Dade County. Miami-Dade Sheriff’s deputies and Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested the suspect, Ronald Kelly, by performing a PIT maneuver on his truck. Authorities quickly took him into custody and recovered the victim from the vehicle.
