Attempted kidnapping suspect in custody after chase through Riverside, LA counties

An attempted kidnapping suspect was taken into custody after a car chase through Riverside County and Los Angeles County. Deputies stopped the suspect's white Prius near Rosemead Boulevard in South El Monte using an intervention technique, with no injuries reported and two children, not victims, removed from the vehicle.
