WATCH: Neighbor’s double take helped police identify accused wildfire arsonist as flames raced nearby

Paul Child spotted a stranger twice near railroad tracks outside his Washington home before smoke began rising about ten minutes later. After authorities detained the man, Paul and two witnesses provided an in-person identification of the accused wildfire arsonist during a field showup. The accused was later identified as Aaron Forrest Farinacci.
