Washington wildfire arson suspect previously charged with first-degree murder, records show

Aaron F. Farinacci is accused of setting the Old Trails Fire in Washington, which has destroyed hundreds of buildings and forced over 67,000 evacuations. Court records show he previously faced first-degree murder charges in Arizona in 2010 before pleading guilty to reduced manslaughter charges in 2012.
