Man arrested after repeatedly vandalizing same Hollywood home, police say

A man identified as 49-year-old Philip Brown of Miami has been arrested by Hollywood police for repeatedly vandalizing a Hollywood home. He is charged with criminal mischief and causing over $1,000 in property damage after security cameras captured him breaking windows and tearing off equipment. Authorities stated they do not know his motive.
