Miami police release surveillance video after arrest in Bay of Pigs Monument vandalism case

Miami police released surveillance video showing Jean Carlo Rojas allegedly vandalizing the Bay of Pigs Monument in Little Havana. Rojas, a 27-year-old construction worker and homeless individual, was arrested for felony criminal mischief after damaging the monument's missile portion, which had previously been repaired. He is being held on a $2,500 bond and is already out on bond for a separate felony case involving battery and resisting an officer.
