‘Very unfortunate’: 2 dead, 1 injured after shooting at Southfield restaurant early Sunday morning

An early Sunday morning shooting occurred at the Hidden Gem restaurant off West Nine Mile Road in Southfield, resulting in two deaths and one injured victim who suffered a graze wound. According to staff members, the gunfire started following an argument between two men who knew each other. The building housing the restaurant was subsequently closed for the day.
