Wayzata accused of writing, printing manifesto threatening to kill a judge found guilty

A federal jury found Robert Phillip Ivers, a Wayzata man, guilty on counts related to mailing threatening communications and threatening murder to a United States District Judge. The charges stemmed from a nearly 300-page manifesto titled “How to Kill a Federal Judge,” which contained threats against multiple people and their children.
