Man arrested after threatening an LA judge, authorities say
Authorities are investigating Kristofas Butsky, who was arrested after allegedly threatening to kill a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge via a voicemail message. The alleged threat was made in an attempt to intimidate the judicial officer. Butsky was charged with threatening an elected official and his case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
