Eastern China braces for Typhoon Dolphin, shutting schools and tourist activities

Typhoon Dolphin is heading toward eastern China, bringing risks of severe flooding and landslides. Authorities in Zhejiang province declared a level III emergency response, leading to the closure of schools and tourist sites, including those in Ningbo, due to predicted rainfall up to 400 mm.
