Typhoon Bavi takes aim at China as Taiwan’s capital shuts schools

Typhoon Bavi is moving toward China's east coast, prompting school closures in Taipei and flight cancellations. Over 17,000 people have been evacuated in Zhejiang province as the storm weakens from supertyphoon strength.
