Judge Bars City From Halting PUSD Tree and Soil Removal at Nine Campuses, Portions of Ed Center
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge barred the city of Pasadena from halting the removal of trees and fire-contaminated soil by the Pasadena Unified School District at nine campuses and portions of the Education Center. This ruling came after the city argued that the school board resolution used by the district to exempt itself was invalid on its face.
