This state is now requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in history classrooms

Alabama public schools will be required to display the Ten Commandments and other historical documents in history classrooms and common areas starting January 1, 2027, under Senate Bill 99. Schools are not obligated to pay for the displays, which can be funded through donations.
