Woman files lawsuit after alleged cancer misdiagnosis leads to unnecessary hysterectomy

The plaintiff claims a different person's sample was mislabeled as hers, and despite a CT scan showing no cancer, she underwent surgery. The lawsuit seeks at least $10,000 in damages.
