Supreme Court issues notice to government on pleas against CAPF Act
The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the government on pleas challenging the CAPF Act. The lead petitioner is CRPF Assistant Commandant Bibhor Kumar Singh, who was awarded the Shaurya Chakra and lost both legs during an anti-Maoist operation in Bihar in 2022.
