3rd arrest made in Miami-Dade street takeover hit-and-run investigation, deputies say

A third arrest was made in Miami-Dade County for an illegal street takeover hit-and-run that injured three pedestrians. Anthony Brandon Lamelas, 20, was charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury after a July 5 incident in the Gladview neighborhood, where vehicles performed dangerous maneuvers and fled after striking pedestrians.
