LATAM Airlines Approves Buyback of Up to 5% of Its Shares
LATAM Airlines shareholders approved a share repurchase program allowing up to 5% of the group’s stock (about 28.71 billion shares) at a meeting on 3 August 2026. The 5% cap corresponds to a market value of approximately US$15.5 billion as of the end of 2025.
