Supreme Court says 10 km radius buffer for mining extends to all wetland reserves
The Supreme Court ruled that a 10 km mining buffer zone applies to all wetland reserves. The decision came after the State of Himachal Pradesh challenged the application of a similar restriction from Uttarakhand.
