Norfolk seniors get working elevator, but new problems emerge

John Knox Towers, a senior high-rise in Norfolk's Ghent neighborhood, has restored both elevators after one was out of service since late April. However, renovations to the building's first floor have introduced new disruptions for its 200 residents.
