Manager of troubled Norfolk senior high-rise says elevator repair imminent
The management company of John Knox Towers in Ghent announced a plan to repair an elevator that has been out of service since April, leaving 150 residents, many of whom are disabled, with only one functioning elevator. Repairs are imminent, according to a statement.
