24-year-old charged in fatal crash that killed 2 road workers
A 24-year-old man was charged with two counts of reckless driving causing death and two counts of moving violation causing death in a work zone after a crash that killed two Michigan Department of Transportation workers. The victims, Bruce Wagner and Steve Spenle, were struck by Tyler Reck's vehicle on northbound U.S. 127 near Holt Road on May 26.
