24-year-old charged in fatal crash that killed 2 road workers
Tyler Reck, a 24-year-old man, was charged with two counts of reckless driving causing death and two counts of moving violation causing death in a work zone after a high-speed crash on May 26 on northbound U.S. 127 near Holt Road that killed Michigan Department of Transportation workers Bruce Wagner, 51, and Steve Spenle, 49. Reck was arraigned with a $25,000 personal recognizance bond, and his next court appearance is scheduled for August 11.
