Father-son duo accused of kidnapping federal biologists in CA plead not guilty
Joseph Henrichsen, 49, and Phoenix Henrichsen, 23, were arrested July 17 after authorities alleged they held two federal biologists at gunpoint and engaged in a 15-hour standoff with law enforcement. Both pleaded not guilty to the kidnapping charges.
