Father and son indicted in kidnapping of Forest Service workers
Joseph 'Charles' Henrichsen and his son Phoenix Henrichsen were indicted for kidnapping two U.S. Forest Service employees in California's Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Using an AR-10 rifle and zip ties, they detained the victims for approximately 15 hours before surrendering. Both face multiple charges including kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, and brandishing a firearm during a crime.
