Salisbury hit-and-run survivor gets prosthetic leg, vows to keep fighting for justice
Steven Mays, a Kannapolis man who lost his leg in a 2026 hit-and-run that killed his friend Jody Holloman, has received a temporary prosthetic leg and continues to seek justice. Two suspects, Tavita Garcia Diaz and Victor Hugo Vasquez Morales, remain at-large despite being identified by police.
