Supreme Court denies PLO request to pause $655 million win for terror victims

The Supreme Court denied the Palestine Liberation Organization's (PLO) request to pause a $655.5 million judgment awarded to U.S. families of terror attack victims. The judgment, based on claims from 2001–2004 attacks in Israel, was reinstated after Congress passed legislation allowing lawsuits against the PLO. The PLO argued enforcement would destabilize Palestinian government services and regional security.
