Kerala High Court denies appeal against stay on police association rejig
The Kerala High Court denied an appeal against a stay on an order abolishing the Kerala Police Officers Association and redistributing its members and assets among two other associations. A Single Bench had previously stayed the order, and a former office-bearer of the association challenged the stay.
