Madras High Court refuses to reject suit against continuance of Nadigar Sangam office-bearers after expiry of term
The Madras High Court dismissed an application to reject a suit challenging the continuation of Nadigar Sangam office-bearers after their term expired. Justice A.D. Maria Clete ruled against dismissing the application filed by an association member seeking to block the suit from proceeding.
