Kentucky woman charged after dogs, cats and a opossum were found with ‘severe signs of neglect’

A Kentucky woman was charged with animal cruelty and neglect after multiple animals were found in severe condition at her Scottsville home. Agencies removed three dogs, 12 cats, and an opossum, some of which required euthanasia, and also placed vulnerable individuals in safe accommodations.
