In Vietnam, diamonds are not forever after smuggling ring bust

A major diamond smuggling network in Vietnam has caused a decline in trust and sales in Ho Chi Minh City's jewelry industry. Authorities allege over 30,000 smuggled diamonds worth 1.5 trillion dong (US$57 million) were brought into the country.
