Ken Griffin’s Park Ave. project with Vornado set for major update this week

Demolition of three buildings is underway on Park Avenue and East 52nd Street for a new skyscraper. Ken Griffin’s project with Vornado will feature two Griffin-controlled Citadel companies as anchor tenants, occupying at least 850,000 square feet.
