Councilmember Says Pavilions Site Could Sit Vacant Up to 18 Months After Market Closes
Pasadena’s Pavilions supermarket will close in September, and the California Boulevard site could remain vacant for up to 18 months as the management firm works to find a new tenant and complete necessary changes. Councilmember Jason Lyon stated the city will ensure regular security at the site during this period.
