One person found dead in Trinidad homicide, CBI investigating
One person was found dead in Trinidad after a homicide, with another individual in custody. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is leading the investigation into the fatal shooting of Dominic Garcia, 29, which occurred during an altercation involving three people in the 600 block of South Indiana Avenue. Atilano Diaz, 21, faces charges of second-degree murder and prohibited use of a weapon.
