Body found inside suitcase in Juarez; homicide investigation underway
Authorities are investigating a homicide after a body was discovered inside a suitcase in a Ciudad Juarez neighborhood. The body was found following a 911 call at 5:43 a.m. on July 29 reporting a black baby stroller left in the middle of Rivera Montecarlo.
