26 juveniles arrested in operation to make Uptown safer on weekends

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department conducted a weekend operation in Uptown to enhance safety, resulting in over 50 arrests, including 26 juveniles aged 17 or younger. Officers seized 13 guns and pulled over more than 200 drivers. Police cited improved public perception of safety as a key outcome.
