Long-time Popular Pub Announces Closing to Make Way for Housing Project
Lucky Baldwins Trappiste, a 15-year-old pub in East Pasadena near Pasadena City College, will close on Aug. 1 to make way for an affordable housing project. Owner Peggy Simonian announced the closure on the pub's Instagram account, expressing sadness over the decision.
