Louisiana Appeals Court sends Baker school takeover case back to district

The Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the City of Baker School Board, which had sued the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) for allegedly violating the Open Meetings Law. The case has been sent back to the district for further proceedings.
