Migrants depart Spain's N. Africa enclave as EU tightens borders

Almost all of the tens of thousands of migrants who entered Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta had left by Saturday, according to officials, following a sudden influx of around 60,000 migrants from neighboring Morocco over several days. Spain's interior ministry reported that over 48,000 migrants had returned, as some EU countries strengthened border controls.
