Almost all of Ceuta migrants have returned to Morocco, Spain says

Over 48,300 of the 50,000 migrants who entered the Spanish exclave of Ceuta from Morocco have returned. A Spanish government official stated the situation is returning to normality, and the influx may be linked to a recent court ruling limiting migrant returns. The European Commission confirmed no onward movements toward Europe or other member states.
