ICE lodges detainer on Salvadoran national, 18, accused of 2 fatal shootings in Houston
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer on Jefferson Adonay Velasquez-Torres, an 18-year-old El Salvadoran national accused of two fatal shootings in Houston. Velasquez-Torres faces murder charges for a nightclub shooting that killed Noah Ramirez and a house party shooting that killed Angel Garcia, along with additional charges of unlawful weapon possession and aggravated robbery. He entered the U.S. illegally in 2014 and is currently held in the Harry County Jail.
