ICE files detainer for man accused in deadly Salisbury hit-and-run

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement filed a detainer for Javiel Pena Sola, accused of a deadly hit-and-run in Salisbury that killed three people. Sola, an undocumented citizen of El Salvador, faces three felony charges and has prior convictions in Maryland. The criminal case against him remains pending.
