Antonio Oseguera Cervantes, whose brother led a Mexican cartel, pleaded guilty to conspiring to traffic cocaine and methamphetamine into the U.S. Prosecutors stated he worked with his brother, Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, known as 'El Mencho,' who was killed by the Mexican army in February.
