Mt. Carmel strengthens support for Westcliffe veterans

Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center is expanding its outreach in Westcliffe and Custer County by reestablishing a 'boots on the ground' presence. The organization has been providing services in El Paso, Teller, Pueblo, Las Animas, Alamosa, and Custer counties for years.
